BRIAN & GINGER
This is a picture of Brian's with his dog. Ginger cried in a dog way when Brian left for Iraq. Sadly she was killed on Monday March 5, 2007, being hit by a car while chasing a cat. Brian's wife Leah and his family were really upset when they receive the news about Brian's dog Ginger because it was on a Monday and the horrible news about Brian was also on a Monday.

The Brian Freeman Scholarship Fund

The Brian Freeman Scholarship Fund Established November 2005 In Honor Of Staff Sergeant Brian Freeman. The Staff Sergeant Brian Freeman Memorial Scholarship Fund is a scholarship only available for Caledonia High School seniors who are planning to attend a college or university. There is no GPA requirement for the scholarship: however, the student must meet all requirements for graduating high school and being admitted to a college. For more information about this very attractive scholarship, please go to http://www.lowndes.k12.ms.us

Brian's mother and father have been in unbelief ever since the death of Brian and are very happy that a good can come out of such a bad situation. They are using AM South Bank in Columbus, Mississippi as the bank in charge of scholarship fund. They selected that bank because of the special relationship they have had with the bank for many years and they know the bank's reputation and will be able to monitor the fund themselves. If you would like to help with a contribution to this very worthy memorial, please send a check or money order.
